Summer Reading Registration begins June 8th!
Challenges run June 14-August 20
This summer the Ruth Culver Community Library encourages EVERYONE to participate in our summer reading challenges!  All you have to do is read whatever, wherever and whenever you like! All reading will be logged online through Beanstack. If you would like to participate but can't use an online version, please contact Meagan or Heather Phelps at 608-643-8318.

Visit the library's Beanstack page (http://pdslibrary.beanstack.org) to get started in three simple steps.

1. Create an account.
2. Register yourself and/or additional family members for reading challenges.
3. Start reading to earn badges and enter to win prizes!

Children's Challenge

Explore Tails and Tales with the Ruth Culver Community Library and Beanstack this summer! Log the minutes you read to earn badges and rewards.  You can also earn rewards through attending library programs, writing reviews, and completing activity challenges.

Teen Challenge

Log the time you spend reading this summer. Each minute you read will earn you an entry in our grand prize drawing for one of 3 $50 Amazon gift cards at the end of the challenge. You'll also win free books along the way. ANY reading counts...print books, eBooks, magazines, audiobooks, newspapers. As a bonus, you'll earn a small chocolate treat just for signing up!

Don't stop reading after you earn the completion badge - reading beyond the final badge still earns entries in the prize drawing!

Adult Challenge

Log the time you spend reading this summer. Each minute you read will earn you an entry in our prize drawing for a $50 Sauk Prairie Chamber gift certificate good at many area businesses. ANY reading counts...print books, eBooks, magazines, audiobooks, newspapers. Three winners will be chosen at the end of the challenge. As a bonus, you'll earn a small chocolate treat just for signing up!

You'll earn badges along the way. Don't stop reading after you earn the completion badge - reading beyond the final badge still earns entries in the prize drawing!

Summer Events

The Ruth Culver Community is slowly adding some in-person events, many of which will be held outdoors at Marion Park. Take a look at our new online events calendar to see what is happening! Most events require registration as space is limited, and you can register online through the new calendar! Contact the library at 608-643-8318 with questions.
