Register Online Print Reading Slips for: Pre-Readers & Children, Children's Bonus Reading, Teens and Adults
This summer the Ruth Culver Community Library encourages EVERYONE to participate in our summer reading challenges! All you have to do is read whatever, wherever and whenever you like! Register at the library or register online beginning June 7. More information and challenge materials will be available at the library.
Children of all ages, including pre-readers, can participate and all you have to do is read! Yes, just read! We want to encourage you to keep reading all summer long, anytime, anywhere, anything with words! There are weekly prizes for everyone and Grand Prizes for three lucky readers each month! We also have a new Give Back opportunity this year. It's Give a Book - Get a Book! During week 5 and beyond, kids can choose a book to give to our library. They put their name on a name plate inside the cover, then can be the first to check it out! Once they've completed week 6, kids choose a new book to add to their home book collection!
Read for 2 hours and you'll earn an entry into the monthly grand prize drawings. You'll also receive a scratch-off ticket with the chance to win an additional prize. Redeem 5 completed scratch-offs for a free book (while supplies last)! There are no limits on the number of entries you can have. Get a new sheet as soon as you fill one up!
