Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is a movement that is being introduced to the medical field, to businesses and to schools. Mindfulness will not change our life experiences but, it will change how we experience life. During this eight week course we will investigate the baseline practices of Mindfulness. We will begin with breath work then we will navigate into Mindfulness of the senses, Mindful movement and open awareness. I am looking forward to seeing you.

Course runs Wednesdays from 1:30pm-2:30pm February 5 through April 8 with no class February 19 or March 25. Registration is required  and can be done at the library desk or by calling the library at 643-8318.
