A Conversation with Ibrahim: Pakistani Life & Culture

Join us at the library Monday, December 9 at 6:00 p.m. for a conversation about Pakistani life and culture with foreign exchange student Muhammad Ibrahim. Pakistan is a 70-year-old country that resides in the southern part of Asia and is known for its rich cultural heritage, history and beauty. Ibrahim is placed with the Kempfer family in Prairie du Sac and is enrolled in Sauk Prairie High School. The Sauk Prairie Community has welcomed him. It has encouraged and supported him in his weak times and taught him a lot in just a month. He considers it his responsibility to return the favor by enlightening people about his country. Ibrahim has been fortunate enough to meet people here who are the quintessence of grace and kindness. He has been doing a lot of amazing stuff here and got introduced to the concept of volunteerism and the times he's spent in this graceful act have been the most beautiful moments of his life.
