The preliminary plans for the Ruth Culver Community Library are below. Currently, we are trying to raise the funds necessary to complete the Phase 1 Plans. The future Ruth Culver Community Library is being designed so it can be implemented in phases. By designing the library with the future in mind, we hope to provide for cost-efficient expansion in the future. (Images provided by River Architects)
